FAIRGROUNDS BUILDING RENTAL FEES
BUILDING RENTAL: RATE: Concession Stand $475.00/day Exhibit Buildings (per building) $200.00/day By County businesses for business appreciation events. $150.00/day *** 25% discount for 2nd consecutive day *** 50% discount for 3 or more consecutive days
USE OF GROUNDS & GRANDSTAND: Cars/Off Road Races $1125.00/day Snowmobile Races $450.00/day Truck, Tractor, Horse Pull/Rodeo (non-profit) $450.00/day Other Events $1000.00/day Plus $1.00 surcharge per Adult Admission on all shows *** 25% discount for 2nd consecutive day *** 50% discount for 3 or more consecutive days
Event Camping: $10.00 per day per tent for use of grounds and restrooms for field or tent camping. $20.00 per day per vehicle for use of grounds and restrooms for parking campers. ***Event camping is only available to Participants and Sponsors during Fairgrounds shows.
Clean Up Fees: Private Events $100.00 Public Events $250.00 Clean up fee is refundable if group using the facility cleans building and adjacent grounds satisfactorily after event. Fees to be paid in advance with clean up fee as separate check.
INSURANCE REQUIREDCertificate of Insurance required showing Kewaunee County as an additional insured. Liability (individual) $500,000.00 Liability (organization) $1,000.000.00

Clean up fees are refundable if group using the facility cleans building and adjacent grounds satisfactorily after event. Key deposit is also refundable when key is returned. Fees to be paid in advance with key deposits and clean up fees as separate checks.
