NEW: Siren Maintenance for Point Beach Nuclear Plant Sirens in Kewaunee County - During the dates of September 3 through September 14, 2018 (excluding the Labor Day Holiday) Point Beach Nuclear Plant will be performing maintenance on a number of sirens within the ten miles of the plant that are in Manitowoc and Kewaunee Counties. NEW: Kewaunee County Seeks Feedback on Investing in Broadband Internet Access - An investment into broadband internet access is expected to be part of the next Kewaunee County budget. But, before a financial figure is allocated for 2019, the County wants to hear from residents through Polco, an online public survey system used by Kewaunee County to gather input on local issues. WIS 42 Construction Starts in the City of Kewaunee - The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is reminding drivers that construction starts on Wednesday, August 1 on WIS 42 in the City of Kewaunee from Miller Street to Duvall Street. The $1.9 million project is scheduled to be completed by late October of this year. News Release
CTH BB Closure Due to Bridge Replacement - Please be advised the Kewaunee County Highway Department will be closing County Highway BB in Tisch Mills from CTH B to Norman Road to replace the bridge over the East Twin River in the Town of Carlton. News Release
