Immunization Program

Immunizations are an effective way of preventing many diseases in people who receive them.  Through the consistent use of vaccinations, many diseases are becoming very rare in the United States.

Wisconsin law requires that children in licensed day care centers and students through grade 12 be vaccinated according to their age and grade level.  For information on the recent changes to the Wisconsin immunization law, click on the New School Law link.

Immunizations are offered free of charge through the Public Health Dept. to children up to age 18 according to the Wisconsin Immunization Schedule.
