The Kewaunee County Public Health Department works
cooperatively with local school districts to ensure
the health and safety of school-aged children.
Presentations and consultation are available on many
health issues. Outreach programs such as Rural
Safety Day, emergency preparedness drills, the
back-pack program and many others, are examples of
the good cooperation between Public Health and local
schools in Kewaunee County.
