Kewaunee County seeks sealed bids for the following described property:

  • Land will be available after May 11, 200___
  • All land will be rented for a term of 5 years with semi-annual payments.
  • Bids must state total rent for a year with a minimum bid of ______ per acre.
  • Renter will be required to have the same number of acres in hay at the end of the term as at the beginning of the term.
  • Rental agreement will be a signed contract with Kewaunee County.
  • First payment, of ½ of the total yearly amount will be due at the time the lease is signed.  The second ½ payment will be due and payable by December 31, 200____.  Semi-annual payments for subsequent years will be due and payable on or before May 31st and December 31st of each year.
