seeks sealed bids for the following described property:

- Land
will be available after May 11,

- All
land will be rented for a term of 5 years with semi-annual payments.
- Bids
must state total rent for a year with a maximum bid of $75.00 per
acre.
- Renter
will be required to have the same number of acres in hay at the end of the
term as at the beginning of the term.
- Rental
agreement will be a signed contract with Kewaunee
County.
- First
payment, of ½ of the total yearly amount will be due at the time the lease
is signed. The second ½ payment
will be due and payable by December
31, 200_.
Semi-annual payments for subsequent years will be due and payable
on or before May 31st and December 31st of each
year.

Office, 810 Lincoln Street, Kewaunee,
WI 54216

sealed.
