    Hours: 8:00-4:00 Monday through Friday.

        Provides evaluation and/or rehabilitation in a day services or vocational program. Serves persons with mental retardation, cerebral palsy, epilepsy or other neurological disorders (developmental disabilities). Also served are persons whose primary disability is alcoholism or drug dependency, emotional illness or brain trauma.

    Eligibility: All persons must be referred through Kewaunee County Community Programs. Fees based on ability to pay.
