    Services are limited based on available funding and volunteer resources. Examples of cases which may be accepted include tenant's rights, public assistance rights, debtor rights, family violence, child-snatching, nursing home resident rights, special education rights and certain civil rights cases. For more information, a booklet entitled 'Case Acceptance Policies' is available on request.

    Eligibility: Applications are taken by phone. Clients must meet financial eligibility standards. Serves Door, Kewaunee, Manitowic, Outagamie and Calumet counties.
