    Affiliated with St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay. Offers a full range of family care services including newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric care. Also provides Diabetic Education, Dietician, and Physical Therapy services through St. Vincent Hospital. Orthopedic services provided through Prevea Clinic twice a month at the Luxemburg facility. Staff includes four physicians and a nurse practitioner, along with registered nurses; X-ray and lab services at the facility.
