Join the Kewaunee County Public Health Department at Bruemmer Park Zoo for a workout to kickstart the day.

This family friendly workout will begin at 8AM and run approximately 45 minutes including a warmup and cool down.

The mission is to make the workout so fun, you won't even realize that you're breaking a sweat.

All you'll need is a water bottle and good tennis shoes.
