The Clerk of Court office is statutorily mandated to provide recordkeeping for the judicial system. The office manages all court files: civil, small claims, felony, misdemeanor, traffic, county ordinance, DNR, divorce, paternity and family. The staff opens and maintains all new cases, takes court minutes, enters and dockets judgments, prepares bail bonds and criminal judgments of conviction, enters and vacates warrants, prepares court files for appeals, collects fees, fines, restitution, court appointed attorney fees and any other obligations ordered by the Court. The Clerk of Court's office also takes care of all phases of jury management.

Notice of Change of Address
  • Address changes must be reported in writing.  Please use this form or write a letter.


Not Guilty Plea Form
  • We cannot accept pleas over the phone. If you have a citation and wish to enter a not guilty plea, please use the form.
Circuit Court Fees/Fines
  • This office does accept credit or debit card payments for court ordered obligations. A convenience fee will apply. This fee is based upon the amount of the payment. You can pay online by going to the Circuit Court Fees/Fines link.
