We will not be accepting tires at the Clean Sweep. However, it is important to dispose of unused tires. Stagnant water in waste tires is the breeding ground for mosquitoes. Large stockpiles of old tires pose a fire hazard, which can lead to various forms of environmental degradation, such as air pollution and groundwater contamination. It is also illegal to burn tires.
