BadgerCare Healthcare

BadgerCare Healthcare programs such as Medicaid and BadgerCare Plus are available to individuals and families who may otherwise not have access to affordable medical care. The easiest and fastest way to apply for Medicaid or BadgerCare Plus and set a filing date is to apply online through "ACCESS".

Applications are also available by mail or by stopping by Kewaunee County Human Services in person, or by contacting the East Central Income Maintenance Partnership at 1-888-256-4563.
