2025 Back to School Program
The Kewaunee County Back to School Program aims to provide school supplies for children of families in need who live in Kewaunee County.

Noon to 5:00 pm
Lake Haven Hall
96 Ellis Street, Kewaunee
Families who qualify for the program are those that receive free and reduced lunch, WIC, or FoodShare. If you feel that your familiy qualifies and your children are in 4K through High School, please fill out the Registration Form and mail it to the Health Department by Friday, August 1, 2025. No phone registrations are allowed.
Times will be assisgned to those who are registered. You will be notified of a time by postcard about one (1) week before the event.
Those not registered may arrive between 4:30 pm and 4:45 pm on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
We request that children be present to shop at the program.
