Targets - Adults who are receiving Foodshare and volunteer to participate in the program
Wisconsin Works (W2) (Adults who meet income and asset requirements and have dependent children in their care)

Housing Assistance:
Lakeshore CAP - Will assist individuals who are homeless or being evicted from current housing. Program cannot assist individuals who are living in federally subsidized, low income housing.

Salvation Army - Assist with one month of rent if applicant will be able to continue to meet rent payments after receiving assistance.
