Housing Assistance:

Lakeshore CAP
Will assist individuals who are homeless or being evicted from current housing.  
Program cannot assist individuals who are living in federally subsidized, low income housing.

Assist with one month of rent if applicant will be able to continue to meet rent payments after receiving assistance.

Forward Service Corporation
Assistance with some of the costs of getting a new apartment such as the security deposit or first month's rent. 

Must be an adult who has a dependent child living with them. 

Must either be homeless or have received an eviction/foreclosure notice.

Grants for Seniors

Help for Seniors in Wisconsin.

 
School Supplies:
Backpacks and basic school supplies for children from low income families or those in an emergency need.  Supplies are distributed in the middle of August.  Families are urged to register by the end of July.  During the school year there are limited supplies available.  Call the Kewaunee County Public Health Department at (920) 388-7160 for details.
