Kewaunee County Emergency Management has a supply of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) weather radios for sale for $30 each. Call (920) 845-9701 to order to stop by the office at 625 Third Street, Luxemburg, WI between 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. to pick one up.
Finance
Business Development Loan Program (BDLP)
A new program in 2020, similar to the old Revolving Loan Fund but with slightly different requirements, limits, and qualifications.
Northeastern WI Housing CDBG Loan Program
A REGIONAL Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program serving the Counties of Brown, Calumet, Door, Fond du Lac, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marinette, Outagamie, Sheboygan, and Winebago.  0% interest loans are available to qualified home owners and landlords.
Revolving Loan Fund (RLF)
Federal funding through the State for low interest loans to businesses creating new jobs or retaining existing jobs. (This program was terminated by the State of Wisconsin in 2019)

Adult Protective Services
Adult protective services are provided to any adult over 18 who is suffering from or endanger of experience neglect, self-neglect, physical abuse, marital abuse and/or financial exploitation.
Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) Services
Kewaunee County offers Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) Services to residents on an outpatient basis.
BadgerCare Healthcare
The easiest and fastest way to apply for Medicaid or BadgerCare Plus and set a filing date is to apply online through "ACCESS". Applications are also available by mail or by stopping by Kewaunee County Human Services in person, or by contacting the East Central Income Maintenance Partnership at 1-888-256-4563.
Birth to 3 Program
The Birth to 3 Program serves families who have children ages birth to 3 years old with disabilities or developmental delays.

Need assistance for heating costs, electric costs, and energy crisis situations? Kewaunee County Human Services contracts with Energy Services, Inc. for this program. FoodShare
The FoodShare program helps low-income individuals and families to obtain a more nutritious diet.
Foster Care
Foster care provides children with a temporary home and family when their parents are unable to meet their needs and keep them safe.
Health Coverage & Medical Assistance
The Marketplace is a new way to find health coverage that fits your budget and meets your needs.
Juvenile Justice Services
The Juvenile Justice unit is staffed with social workers who supervise juveniles, provide services and case manage informally or through court orders.
Kinship Care
The Kinship Care program is designed to help support the child and the relative caregiver during the time a child is living outside their own home, either temporarily or permanently.
Outpatient Mental Health Clinic
Kewaunee County is a state licensed community mental health clinic that provides outpatient mental health counseling and psychiatric services to residents of Kewaunee County.
Subsidized Guardianship
Subsidized Guardianship is a permanent placement option for children placed in foster care.
