Requests to Fill Kewaunee County Board Vacancy Due August 6
Due to the resignation on July 20, 2021 of County Board Supervisor Charles Wagner, the County Board invites any qualified person to submit a written request for consideration of his or her candidacy for the vacancy. Resumes may be requested at a later date.
In order to be considered for the vacancy, a citizen must reside in County Supervisory District 3 located in the town of Red River (Wards 1 & 2). A district map is available on the Kewaunee County website.
All requests are to be submitted no later than noon, August 6, 2021, to County Clerk Jamie Annoye at the County Administration Center located at 810 Lincoln Street, Kewaunee, WI 54216.
Supervisor Wagner began his term in August of 1999 and has resigned due to family circumstances.
The person appointed to fill his vacancy will serve until county board elections are held in April 2022.
