Kewaunee County to Host Hazardous Waste Collection for Residents
KEWAUNEE COUNTY, WI – Registration is open as Kewaunee County Emergency Management is inviting residents to properly dispose of unwanted agricultural and household hazardous waste as well as medications, opioids, sharps and more for FREE during their “2020 Clean Sweep” collection.
The event will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at the Kewaunee County Hillside Highway Shop, E2180 STH 54, Casco from 8AM-NOON.
Residents are asked to pre-register with Kewaunee County Emergency Management before Wednesday, August 19, 2020 over the phone, online or via mail:

Due to COVID-19, those participating will be asked to stay in their vehicles during drop-off, and staff who will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) will handle the collection of items. All items should be placed in a car trunk, rear compartment of a SUV with the 2nd row of seats up or in the bed of a pickup truck.
Please note that this is not an electronics collection event.
